Terms of Service

By accessing or using BizFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and their employees who access BizFlow under a business account.

To use BizFlow, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your account password • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business.

BizFlow offers subscription plans billed monthly or at other billing cycles you choose. By subscribing, you agree that: • Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period you select • Billing cycle discounts (6-month, 1-year, 2-year, etc.) are applied as advertised at the time of purchase • Launch offer prices are valid only during the promotion period and for new subscriptions • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for new accounts All prices are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise specified.

You agree not to use BizFlow to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems • Use the service to conduct illegal business activities • Harass, abuse, or harm others We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into BizFlow. By using our service, you grant BizFlow a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We will never: • Sell your business data or personal information • Use your customer data for our own marketing • Share data with third parties except as needed to provide the service Upon account termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for: • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance • Data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control • Losses caused by third-party service failures (couriers, payment gateways, etc.) We provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.

BizFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our software • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Create derivative works based on BizFlow • Use our branding or trademarks without permission

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination: • Your access to the service will be revoked • You will receive a prorated refund for unused subscription days (if any) • Your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted We may terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
